I. Shipping & Delivery

1) Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Italy.

2) How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders to the countries listed above.

3) How long does delivery take?
Order processing time: 1–3 business days. Courier delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

4) Which carrier do you use and will I receive tracking?
Deliveries are handled by DPD, GLS, DHL and Amazon Logistics. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.


II. Returns, Exchanges & Claims

1) How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase.

2) Who covers the cost of returns?
The Customer covers the return shipping cost. Return instructions and the warehouse address will be sent via email after you submit your return request.

3) Can I exchange for a different color/size?
Yes — place a new order and send back the previous product as a return.

4) Complaints / warranty
Warranty: 24 months. Submit claims to support@amazinggirl.pl (please include your order number and photos).


III. Orders & Payments

1) Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Shopify Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.

2) Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes — enter your company details at checkout.

3) Discount codes & promotions
Enter your code in the cart or during checkout.


IV. Products & Quality

1) What materials do you use and do products have certifications?
We use materials such as cotton, muslin, polyester. Some products are certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100. See individual product pages for details.

2) Where are your products made?
Poland.
